Parking and Valet Service

As the world's largest multi-level parking facility under a single roof, we are pleased to accommodate you with our advanced technology infrastructure and exceptional service quality.

Guests staying for more than 7 days can purchase a subscription for up to 15 days, and guests staying for more than 15 days can purchase a subscription for up to 30 days within 3 hours of entering the car park.
As of 01.01.2024, parking without a subscription package will be charged at a daily rate based on the number of days the parking area is used.
For multiple entries and exits on the monthly subscription package (plastic card subscription applied for on the Yellow R floor), the monthly subscription fee will incur a 25% surcharge.

Valet service is provided at the CIP terminal entrance. Guests who prefer not to use the valet service can stop in front of the CIP terminal, drop off their passengers, and then proceed to the parking garage with their vehicles.

The Fast-Pass System (HGS) payment option is available at the exit barrier gates in each block within the parking garage.

In accordance with the parking fees and application principles of the Public Private Cooperation (PPP) tariff published by the General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMI); disabled citizens who wish to use our parking facilities free of charge for up to a maximum of 15 days, are required to be in the vehicle in person and be able to present the documents proving their disability (disabled identity card issued by the relevant ministry, disability report or disabled registered vehicle license issued in their name).
In accordance with the parking fees and application principles of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) tariff published by the General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMİ); Disabled citizens who want to use our parking lot free of charge for up to a maximum of 15 days are required to be present in the vehicle and provide the documents proving that they are disabled (disabled identity card issued by the relevant ministry, disability report or disabled registered vehicle license issued in their name) at our Purple Parking P3 and Red Parking P3 payment booths.
Veterans are eligible for free parking for up to 15 days.
Immediate family members of martyrs are entitled to use the parking facility at no cost for a period of up to 15 days. At the end of this period, regular parking fees shall apply

To take advantage of short-term subscription fees (15, or 30 days), users must subscribe within 3 hours of entering the parking area by processing their payment at either the manual payment kiosk on floor P3 of the purple and red parking lot, the information desk on the departures floor, or via mobile payment.

Subscriptions for 15 and 30 days can also be completed using the automatic payment points on floors P3, P2, P4, P5, and P6 in the purple and red parking lots, the automatic payment points on floors P2, P4, P5, and P6 in the turquoise and blue parking lot, and floor P2 in the yellow parking lot, within 3 hour of your arrival at the parking lot.

Drivers who have lost their parking tickets can use their driver's license or ID card to process payment at the manual payment points on floor P3 of the purple and red parking lots. When a ticket has been lost, a new ticket can be generated based on the entry information obtained from camera recordings, and standard parking fees are applied.

Furthest scenario: When parked on floor P1 in the furthest accessible parking space;
The distance from the parked vehicle to the elevator is 75 meters,
Taking the elevator up five floors and walking 125 meters from the terminal.

The estimated time to reach the terminal is 10 minutes, with an average of 5 minutes for wheelchair assistance and 5 minutes for the elevator.
(This does not include the time required to exit the vehicle and transfer to the wheelchair. The maximum speed for a wheelchair is assumed to be 3 km/h.)

Nearest scenario: When parked in the nearest accessible parking lot on level P5;
The distance from the vehicle to the terminal entrance is 90 meters.

The estimated time to reach the terminal by wheelchair is 3 minutes.
(This does not include the time required to exit the vehicle and transfer to the wheelchair. The maximum speed for a wheelchair is assumed to be 3 km/h.)

Our guests with mobility impairments using wheelchairs can access the terminal from the P6 floor.

Motorcycle users must use the manual payment kiosks located on floor P3.

Disabled and veteran visitors can use our parking lot free of charge for up to 15 days, provided they have the necessary documentation in their vehicles for presentation upon request.

Subscription cards permit a single checkout for our short-term subscriptions (15/30 days).
For short-term subscriptions (15 days), users must activate their subscriptions within 3 hours of entering the parking lot by making their payment using the ticket they obtained from the dispenser. Payments can be made by mobile payment, at the manual payment kiosk on floor P3 of the purple and red parking lot, or at the information desk on the departures floor.
Retroactive subscription is not permitted.
Visitors who wish to opt for a short-term subscription, which includes multiple entries and exits on a monthly basis, must visit the Membership Center on floor R of the yellow parking lot to initiate the subscription process. For subscriptions with multiple checkouts, the subscription fee will be 25% increased.
For subscriptions with multiple entries and exits, an additional plastic card fee of TRY 200.00 is charged in addition to the monthly subscription fee.
Vehicles that remain in the car park for more than 30 minutes after payment will incur overtime charges based on the applicable tariff.

If you get a ticket from the dispenser at the entrance instead of using your subscription card, you are required to pay for your ticket.

Monthly subscriptions are not available for our open car park lot for Trams and Metro.
As of October 01, 2023, the free parking lot practice that our parking lot offers exclusively to our "praying guests" has changed. Our guests who use the park of Ali Kuşçu Mosque and come to the park to pray should scan their parking tickets at the kiosks located inside the mosque. If the ticket is scanned within the first 45 minutes, no fee will be charged for 45 minutes from the parking lot entrance time. For parks exceeding 45 minutes, you will be charged over the parking fee tariff for the duration of your parking as of the park entry time.

Istanbul Airport Valet Service

At iGA Istanbul Airport,

you can save time by leaving your car at the valet points located
in the Purple Car Park on Floor P6, opposite gate 3 on the Departures Floor,

in the Red Car Park on Floor P6, opposite gate 6 on the Departures Floor, and

in front of the CIP terminal entrance.

On your return, you can collect your vehicle from the following valet vehicle delivery points:

How much is the valet fee?

The Istanbul Airport Valet service fee is TRY 350. The fees for car parking and additional services (car wash, detailing, etc.) are not included.

Guests using the valet service can arrange a short-term parking subscription (15, or 30 days) from the valet service point.

How and where can I pay for the valet service?

You can make payments for the valet services at:

the Domestic Valet Payment Point located inside the terminal on the arrivals floor at gate 9,
the International Valet Payment Point located inside the terminal on the arrivals floor next to gate 13,
At the Valet Payment Point by A04 on Floor P3 in the Purple Car Park inside the parking area,

At the Valet Payment Point by A06 on Floor P3 of the Red Car Park inside the parking area.

Receive a 10% discount on car park payments when using the Istanbul Airport mobile application. (Discounts on payments made through the mobile app do not apply to additional services such as valet, car wash, and detailing).

No reservations can be made for the valet service.

Our guests using Valet Service can access electric vehicle charging service through Oncharge or Beefull companies' mobile applications. If you make an appointment for vehicle charging, you will receive the service without any additional fees.
