GREEN LINE (I Have No Items Subject To Customs)
If the items you have with you upon entering the country are within the specified limits, you can exit through the green line, declaring that you do not have any items subject to tax.
CONSUMER GOODS
A) TOBACCO AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS
1- Cigarettes 400 pieces + (200 pieces according to Directive 2011/39).
2- Cigarillos (cigars not heavier than 3 grams each) 100 pieces
3- Cigars 50 pieces
4- Shredded tobacco (with 200 cigarette papers) 250 grams
5- Pipe tobacco 250 grams
6- Up to 200 units of heated tobacco product or cartridges, with a total volume not exceeding 30 ml of solution

1- A maximum of 5 skincare and makeup products, incl. cologne, perfume, lavender, essence, or lotion, with a total volume not exceeding 600 ml (as per the amendment by Cabinet Decision in the regulation published in the Official Gazette on 08.04.2011, numbered 27899, identified as 2011/1546.)
D) FOOD PRODUCTS
1- 1 kg of tea
2- 1 kg of granule instant coffee
3- 1 kg of coffee
4- 1 kg of chocolate (A total of 2 kg of candies and/or chocolate Directive 2011/39)
5- 1 kg of sugar-based food product (A total of 2 kg of candies and/or chocolate Directive 2011/39)
6- Various seafood, animal products, canned goods, and processed animal products like pastrami and sausage, enclosed in scientifically sealed boxes (5 kg).
7- Fresh and dried fruits and vegetables (3 kg)

A) CLOTHING AND TRAVEL ITEMS
1- Items designated for the passenger's personal attire and dressing
2- Items for passenger's lifestyle and travel belongings
B) ELECTRONICS / DIGITAL ITEMS
1- One unit of color television, regardless of whether it is LCD or plasma, with a screen size of up to 21" (21" included)
2- One video camera (with 10 blank tapes) and one camera (with a memory card or 5 films)
3- One unit of GPS navigation device
4- One laptop or PC, its parts and components (flash drive, external hard disk included)
5- One unit of radio or radio-cassette player
6- One audio or video recording and playback device, and a total of no more than 10 recording media, including records, cassette tapes, CDs, VCDs, DVDs, capable of recording
7- One unit of electronic gaming device with either a cassette or game card
8- GSM-Mobile phone, inclusive of those with features like TV, music player, and video playback (excluding foreign mission members), is allowed at a limit of one per three calendar years, provided it is used with lines registered to the passenger's identification number.

1- Small kitchen tools for use during the journey, along with small domestic appliances, one from each
G) OTHER
1- Dates and Zamzam water at amounts to be determined by the Undersecretariat and Department of Religious Affairs ,which will be brought by passengers returning from Hadj or Umrah as accompanied baggage or via mail or courier
2- A single child stroller for child passenger
3- Toys for the child passenger
4- One iron for clothes
5- One bicycle
6- One pair of hand binoculars (excluding night vision binoculars/glasses and night vision sniper binoculars)
7- When traveling with a vehicle, the tools and devices intended solely for the vehicle and the driver's use (battery chargers, car vacuums operated on cigarette lighter, and refrigerator operated on cigarette lighter, etc.)
8- Books or similar printed material for personal use
9- Under the condition of proper registration and accompanied by the traveler, maximum of 2 pets or 10 aquarium fish (on condition of presenting veterinary health report, origin and vaccination certificates, and, if applicable, identification and description documents, all supported by veterinary inspection records)
H) CASH
1- When leaving the country, you may be asked to declare the cash you have with you. The cash amounts you can carry without declaration are as follows:
• 25,000 Turkish Liras or documents allowing payments up to this amount
• Up to 10,000 Euros in cash or documents supporting payments up to this amount
I) JEWELRY
1- You are allowed to take personal items crafted from precious metals and stones, for personal use and with a value not exceeding 15,000 US dollars, out of the country, provided they do not serve any commercial purpose.
2- Taking items of higher value in terms of personal jewelry out of the country is contingent upon either declaring them upon entry or providing proof of purchase demonstrating those items are bought in Türkiye.
*You must be over the age of 18 to qualify for the exemption on cigarettes and alcoholic beverages.
