POLYCLINIC SERVICES

Our polyclinic area is located on the departing passenger floor on the landside and on the apron floor on the airside, providing a 24/7 service.

Services are provided in 10 different areas within the scope of the Polyclinic Services.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

Our teams, located in our terminal building and operating 24/7, consist of an emergency call center, mobile ambulance buggy, mobile doctor and emergency ambulance. Mobile teams ensure that all emergency cases received from the emergency call center are reached as soon as possible, medical intervention is carried out and transfer to the nearest health institution is provided for free.

Emergency Health Services are provided 24/7.

1. Emergency Call Center (3 teams in total)
2. Mobile Doctor Team (a total of 2 teams, 1 on the airside and 1 on the landside)
3. Ambulance Buggy Team (a total of 5 teams, 4 on the airside, and 1 on the landside)
4. Emergency Aid Ambulance (3 ambulances on the airside, 3 ambulances on the land side, 6 ambulance crews in total)

FIRST RESPONSE TEAMS

At our airport, a total of 581 personnel who have a First Aid certificate approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye, are actively working in the field to consciously provide first aid until the emergency medical teams arrive.
